TeachersOn a more physical level, I am a very active person and I enjoy skiing, mountain climbing, spinning, and playing golf. I need yoga to balance out the other physical activities I enjoy. I sustained a severe knee injury while skiing 5 years ago and yoga has been a vital part of recovering from the injury. Yoga has taught me how to take care of my body and stay healthy.
When I teach my classes, I want to provide a safe, nurturing environment where people can challenge themselves calmly, let go of the old habits that are not serving them well, and make positive changes in their lives. My goal in teaching is simple: to have everybody walk out of the class smiling, feeling better than when they came in. I look forward to meeting you in class.
